The hot performance version of the LBX has been priced for local shores, starting from $76,490 before on-road costs
The high-performance Morizo RR variant of the Lexus LBX small luxury SUV will take on the likes of the Audi Q2 and BMW X1 M35i with a circa-$80K price tag.
Priced from $76,490 before on-road costs, the Morizo RR uses the same 1.6-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine as found in the Toyota GR Yaris and GR Corolla.
The LBX Morizo RR uses a unique engine tune, producing 206kW/390Nm – lower outputs than the 221kW/400Nm tune found in the sportiest Yaris and Corolla models.
A two-tone variant of the LBX Morizo RR has been priced slightly higher at $78,240 before on-road costs.

The upcoming Lexus LBX Morizo RR is due in Australia in the first half of 2025.
It is priced similarly to the GR Corolla Morizo Edition that was offered in limited numbers and no longer available.
