Volkswagen has added tech and safety upgrades to the Caddy, though pricing will initially remain unchanged in 2023.
Volkswagen has added some slight tweaks to its small van Caddy range in Australia for the 2023 model year.
Safety technology available in the people mover Caddys has now trickled down to the commercial Caddy range.
Volkswagen has added lane assist function on all Caddys for 2023. The front assist safety function has been tweaked so that it can now detect pedestrians and cyclists on all Caddy variants.

The seven-seat Caddy Life has new exterior chrome trim on its sliding doors, door rail and tailgate. Wireless smartphone charging is now standard across all Caddy variants.
The dual side doors of the Caddy Life, Crewvan and California now feature hinged side windows that can pop out for extra ventilation.
Volkswagen says that due to semiconductor supply challenges, the Caddy Cargo will be temporarily unavailable with satellite navigation and parking assist.
