The Czech brand has added a high-spec entry variant to the Karoq nameplate, which will be priced at $39,990 driveaway nationally
Skoda Australia has announced it will bring in a new, more-affordable Skoda Karoq medium SUV to Australia in 2024, building a three-strong variant lineup.
The new entry grade, simply called Skoda Karoq, is priced from $39,990 driveaway nationally.
The lineup for 2024 will also include the mid-spec Style and the top-of-the-range Sportline.
Pricing for the mid-spec Style is currently $45,490 driveaway, while the high-spec Sportline is priced at $52,490 driveaway.
The entry-level Skoda Karoq is powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 110kW/250Nm and is linked to a eight-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
The Karoq will continue to be offered with Skoda’s seven-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty here in Australia.

The top-spec Sportline gains a more powerful drivetrain: a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 140kW/320Nm and is connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
